Kristin Litzenberger was originally working on this renewal. With her move over to another group I was reassigned the renewal last week. Kristin had already drafted a permit for public notice back in April. Apparently there were some issues getting the paper to notice it and it looks like it finally went to notice on August 20th. So, this one is out now for notice and will be closing in mid -September. In BIMS it indicates that a draft was forwarded to the regional office for comment. I didn't see anything in the online files indicating a response from the region. so, I wanted to check in to make sure you had seen the draft and see if you have any comments of concerns? The draft permit and cover letter are in Laserfiche in the 2020 folder. The application is there as well in the 2019 folder. Please let me know if you are okay with this one or have comments. If you want to talk about it then let me know and we can set up a time to discuss. 111 https://outlook.office365.com/mail/search/id/AAMkADglYjdhZmlxLTMzMGYtNGU3Nil hNGU4LTY3M2E10DhmOGQxYgBGAAAAAACylgPJgHeWQptj... 1/2 10/12/2020 Mail - Bennett, Bradley - Outlook Bradley Bennett Compliance and Expedited Permitting NC Division of Water Resources 1617 Mail Service Center Raleigh, NC 27699-1617 Phone: (919) 707-3629 Email: brad ley. ben nett@ncdenr.gov Email correspondence to and from this address may be subject to public records laws https:Houtlook.office365.com/mail/search/id/AAMkADglYjdhZmlxLTMzMGYtNGU3Nil hNGU4LTY3M2E1 ODhmOGQxYgBGAAAAAACylgPJgHeWQptj... 2/2
