I said that we would decide by Wednesday but I didn't quite factor in that the 30th is Friday. Please plan on
Friday and if we get a rep from most agencies/parties we will do it - unless Kevin or someone else tells me that
all 4 need to be there. So far, Baker Engineering, Kevin (DWQ), and David Baker (USACE) have said they are on.

I am not sure, but I think you represent the primary agencies/parties involved. We would like to set up
a meeting for the 30th.
If you cannot, please specify which of these dates you can attend:
April 30, May 4, 5, and 6, and 11, 2010.
Since Kevin is the primary meeting requester, I would propose that we will try our best to set up a date
where everyone can make it but will settle for a date where Kevin, EEP and Baker can attend. If any of
you have a problem with this, please let me know. Along these lines, we will set the meeting date by
Wednesday of next week. If any of you have not responded by then, your input of preferred date will
not be considered.

I apologize that I have not been able to address this issue earlier this week as I would have liked to contact you
about this matter but had obligations outside of the office and project deadlines that I was unable to shift
around to do so. If there is no room to discuss this, then I ask that you put our request "oh-hold" as of today
(April 16th). As we have never been requested to do this before, I do not know whether there is some more
formal effort required for this. If so, please let me know and I will address it when I return next Tuesday.

"on-hold" request such that we can schedule an on-site meeting with all resource and permitting agencies to
gain a better understanding of this project.
Please submit your "on-hold" request by Friday (April 16, 2010) to Ian Mcmillan in the Central Office and cc
myself in The Asheville Office as to stop the statutory clock while we work through these questions.
