REMARKS: HI Robb! I hope this finds you doing well.
I wanted to touch base on the subject project and request your review. As I
referenced in a September 9th email, we are working with the City of
Wilmington - Stormwater Services to support construction oversight and
monitoring of the permitted Clear Run stream restoration efforts associated
with the attached 401 WQ Certification. We would like to reinitiate dialogue
with the agencies in advance of a pre -construction meeting, anticipated for
this fall. We have developed a post -construction monitoring plan and have
included it here along with Appendices A - E for review and feedback.
Please let me know if you are the best person to coordinate with from your
office. And as always, don't hesitate to call with any questions. We have
offered a site visit with the USACE (Jordan Jessop) if you would like to join
us. I'll provide dates/times to choose from.
