Subject: Marston discussion with Norton Webster
Hi William and Tammy,
I talked to Norton today about Marston. I do not have a copy of the MBI or the original mitigation plan in my files. It
would also be good to have some more info on the extent of the problem areas. Norton indicated that he was trying to
round up the original mitigation plan.
I told him that I would rather see the vegetation issues addressed and the site monitored for a few more years, instead of
just cancelling the last 25% of their credit. I guess the question would be whether or not their proposed fixes will result in
a good mitigation site at the end of the additional monitoring, but I certainly think that they could propose some actions for
us to consider.
