IV. ADDITIONAL REGIONAL STAFF REVIEW COMMENTS/ATTACHMENTS (If Needed)=
• Owner (Ronald & Shannon Ryen) applied for an open-loop geothermal permit (WI0500271) renewal, on
April 23, 2020. The geothermal well is used for heating and cooling purposes only. Analytical data from
2015 and 2010 indicate no 2L exceedances.
• Based on the historical analytical data and due to the current Covid-19 pandemic restrictions, sampling
should be completed during the next renewal period.
