See attached. I just did a site visit last Friday and the Haul road ash removal was almost complete. They were drilling
the infiltration and extraction wells in that area. Significant clearing was done to make the drilling pads and you can see
that area pretty well now. Also, they started ash removal from the fingers behind the Phase II landfill last week.

Good morning Brandy,
Hope you're doing well! I had a meeting with you and some members of DEMLR from MRO and the Central Office a few
weeks ago regarding the Duke Energy Marshall Steam Station permit renewal process. We had some concerns about the
potential for additional stormwater outfalls along the secondary ash haul road, and in other places at the facility. Would
you be able to provide me with the topo map of the Marshall facility that you had sent to Matt Gwinn after that
meeting?
