Projects can only be closed out upon final inspection and sign -off by the permitting authority, i.e., the City of Charlotte. Mr. Johnson indicates that he does not yet have a final inspection report, presumably because everything has not been finalized to make that possible. If there are any questions about that, and the project has in fact been closed -out and stabilized to Charlotte's satisfaction, please have Mr. Johnson contact Ms. Julie Coco who oversees the State's Erosion and Sediment Control Program. We will not be able to process a Notice of Termination request without a clear confirmation of closed -out status, and the annual fee will remain outstanding. Send all suspicious email as an attachment to repo m nc. ov Good morning Suzanne, We are trying to close out the grading permit for the Distribution Center Drive Warehouse project in Charlotte. We requested documentation from the City of Charlotte inspector, however they do not keep an inspection report on file (see email correspondence below). We do have copies of our final third party inspection reports - see attached. Will these suffice as the required documentation? Please let me know when you get a chance. Any guidance you can provided is appreciated. Thank you, Zachary E.
