Dear Ms. Amschler,
With this letter, Southern Environmental Group, Inc. (SEGi), on behalf of Hughes-Baran
Development Company, LLC and S.D.Surf, LLC, is providing notification that they are in the
process of conveying the property, known as the Captiva Commons - Harris Teeter Site, to
WEINGARTIN/INVT•STMINTS, INC., a Texas corporation. Future correspondence; regarding
this property should be directed to Mr. Michael Kaney, at 9420 Forum. Drive, Suite 101, Raleigh,
NC, 27615.
Pursuant to Department of the Army Nationwide Permit Condition #25, a copy of the nationwide
permit verification(s) must accompany the notification and the following statement must he
contained within the letter:
The structures or work authorized by the nationwide permits will still be in existence at
the time the property is to be transferred. The terms and conditions of the nationwide
permits, including any special conditions, will continue to be binding to the new owner(s)
of the property. As validation that the transfer of these nationwide permits and the
associated liabilities associated with compliance with the terms and conditions of the
