Duke Energy proposes to construct a new 125,000 sf mission critical facility
to house a primary control center on the subject property. A new sewer line
is proposed along the eastern project boundary to connect the newfacility
to existing sanitary sewer lines in the vicinity. Stream, wetland and Neuse
buffer impacts are proposed.
