On April 19, 2010, the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) received stormwater data dated April 16, 2010
for the above referenced project. Please reference the enclosed file copy letter dated April 9, 2010
indicating return of the application.
A new application package (five copies and associated maps and fee) will need to be submitted to begin
the overall review and approval process. One (1) data CD of full size plans in TIFF Group 4 format
(black and white, not grayscale or color) of all of the above items. If the plans are too large to store in
TIFF format, they can be stored in PDF.
