Send all suspicious email as an attachment to report.spam@nc.gov Thank you for the quick response Bethany; I will pass this along to the client and we will get the renewal application submitted ASAP. They have continued the requisite semi-annual monitoring/inspections for the facility and were preparing to submit the DMR for a recent monitoring event, which is how they caught the error. This is for the Ennis -Flint High Point facility (NCS000582). Jonathan Murphrey, P.G. Send all suspicious email as an attachment to report.spam@nc.gov Hi Bethany One of our clients has an individual industrial stormwater permit that they unknowingly let expire (coverage elapsed on August 31, 2020) so I was trying to get in touch with someone to determine what needs to be done to rectify this issue. Please contact me at 919-854-9700 when you get a chance to discuss. Thank you, Jonathan Murphrey, P.G.
