Thank you for the quick response Bethany; I will pass this along to the client and we will get the renewal application
submitted ASAP. They have continued the requisite semi-annual monitoring/inspections for the facility and were
preparing to submit the DMR for a recent monitoring event, which is how they caught the error.
This is for the Ennis -Flint High Point facility (NCS000582).

Jonathan,
There is information on our website. They should apply for renewal as soon as possible. Technically they are not
covered if they failed to apply 180-days prior to expiration, but if they submit a renewal application, we will work on
it. We have several other individual permits in the backlog on our end, so we're still working on those as well. Please
see:

Hi Bethany
One of our clients has an individual industrial stormwater permit that they unknowingly let expire (coverage elapsed on
August 31, 2020) so I was trying to get in touch with someone to determine what needs to be done to rectify this issue.
Please contact me at 919-854-9700 when you get a chance to discuss.
Thank you,
Jonathan Murphrey, P.G.
