Enclosed please find the Certificate of Completion for the Bachelor Branch Interceptor
and Pump Station Elimination Project. This project was constructed per the plans,
except where changes were approved by the Town. These changes were recorded
on the record drawings. There were no additional impacts other than those permitted
and approved in 401 Water Quality Certification.
