DWQ Project 08-1020
TIP No. B-4239
Polk County
Dear Mr. Setzer:
On April 1, 2010, I inspected the construction work at the new bridge site on NCSR 1102, Pearson Falls Road
in Polk County. The erosion and sedimentation control structures, vegetative covering, and matting appear to
be working properly.
Please continue to ensure that all sediment and erosion control structures are maintained and that seeding and
mulching are performed as needed to protect downstream waters. A copy of the inspection report is attached
to this letter.
If you have questions, please call me at 828-296-4500.
Sincerely,
/Z' pMichael R. Parker Environmental Senior Specialist
