Ian and James, the purpose of this email is to request an additional week to submit the revised application for this project
(until 4/12/10). Because the GPS wetland and stream flagging data submitted in the original application was substantially
different than the survey of the features, it has taken the engineers longer than expected to revise the impact map
exhibits. While we are very close to being able to submit today, we believe that a more complete and clear application will
result if we are allowed a little more time to refine the exhibits. Thanks Kevin Martin

The purpose of this email is to request that you put the PCN for this project on hold while the applicant and the
engineers put together reponses to DWQ's on hold letter and to address concerns that the Corps has passed
along to me verbally. I met with County representatives and the engineering consultants today and all believe
that we could put together adequate responses by Monday April 5th. Please advise if this is acceptable. All
concerned understnad that the "permit clock" as stopped ticking for this project and will not resume until we
respond to the variuos concerns that are outstanding. Please confirm receipt of this email and that you are
agreeable to this extension to respond. Thanks Kevin Martin
