The location is as accurate as possible until it is actually tried. Other option is the concrete boat launch ramp.

Greg, I spoke to Ted yesterday about the proposal to modify the dredging activities to bucket to barge.Ted said
we could handle this rather informally as long as you provide information stating that this is a one-time bucket
to barge operation. He also said that we at least need a drawing showing where exactly the material will be off-
loaded and the path of transfer to the disposal site.Just shoot me an email with a .pdf when you have time.
Thanks,
C

Jason,
As discussed, on behalf of the NC Baptist Assembly I would like to request that bucket to barge dredging be
added to the Express Permit Application. This additional method is necessary so that the applicant can conduct
the maintenance dredging needed to make the facility operable for the upcoming season and will not be able to
conduct hydraulic dredging due to the moratorium.

Material will be excavated onto a barge and allowed to dewater before transferring to a truck and transported to
the existing earthen berm dike on site. Dewatered material will be offloaded from the barge in the vicinity of the
existing docking facility, no wetlands will be impacted. Please let me know if you need anything in addition.
Thank you,
