The proposed site is situated within three separate parcels with a common
owner. The site has a limit of disturbance of 60.0 acres. The site is
proposing 910,000sf +/- of buildings. The total impervious area on site is
34.9 acres (28% of the site). The site is for the
construction of multiple facilities that specialize in producing syringes
associated with COVID-19 vaccine.
This project will be assigned its own SAW number to split it away from its
associated project combined in the DWR ID above.
