OCT 1 6 2020 Re: The Village at Skylar's Cove (Permit No. WQ0033757) We are submitting a Fast -Track Application (FTA 04-16) for the above referenced project to modify the existing permit. Revisions to the proposed project reduced the length of proposed gravity sanitary sewer main by greater than 10%. The length of line listed on the sewer application is the total line length proposed for this project. No flow is listed on the sewer application for the modification as the flow previously permitted is unchanged. The following items are provided: original and copy of the application form, $480 application fee, two copies of the Sanitary Sewer Narrative, two copies of a color 8.5"xl1" Aerial Map, two copies of a color 8.5"xl 1" of USGS Topographic Map, and a copy of the most recently issued existing permit. See Sanitary Sewer Narrative for project description. Thanks, Justin C. Bishop, P.E. Signature: % ! r C Date: " / Z - Z-0 FORM: FTA 04-16 Page 5 of 5 The Village at Skylar's Cove Sanitary Sewer Narrative Description: Travel approx. 1.7 miles north on S.R. 1472 (Village Road) from the US 74/76 & NC 133 interchange. The site is on the right side of Village Rd. The proposed sanitary sewer system is to serve 72-2 bedroom apartment units and a bathhouse for a pool. A flow of 17,780 GPD was originally permitted and is not being adjusted with this modification. There is a total of 360.02 LF of 8" public sanitary sewer gravity main for this project, which is a reduction from the originally permitted length. The length of gravity sewer main was reduced due to the adjustment of the sewer layout. The length of the gravity sewer main is based on the distance from inside wall of manhole to inside wall of manhole. l 4 ! x x max• A;, ! ' ® .. ,tee y` g. ,. _. \.. tE.Yi Y.. a•U.. .
