Dear Mrs. Gilleski:
Attached is the plat for Hargett-Tucker Buffer Restoration site that was submitted
as part of an as-built survey dated February 24, 2003. The calculated easement
area (fenced) is 15.945 acres, although the buffer acreage specified in the subject
EBX contract with NC WRP is 16.0 acres. The correct buffer acreage delivered
by EBX under the contract is 15.95 acres based on the surveyed plat. Please
accept this plat as correction to the EEP GIS calculated area of 15.89 acres.

sufficient to allow close out the EBX contract with WRP.
