Dear Sir,
As per the conditions of our permit this letter is to provide written notification of the
completion of conditions dated in the January 2„a letter. The Certificate of Completion
will follow as soon as the neighborhood map can be recorded. The scope of work in the
permit has been completed except the item number 13 which requires deed notification.
We cannot issue deeds until the map is recorded. We are currently working on recording
the map and should have a recorded map in two to three weeks. I am also including a
copy of the receipt that satisfied item number 11, which was compensation to the riparian
buffer restoration fund.
