Please give a brief project description below.
Redevelopment of a former marine railway/boatyard located at 312 East
Water street in the Town of Belhaven adjacent Pantego Creek. The
shoreline of the project \&411 be stabilized \Mth a bulkhead aligned at the
normal water level. The bulkhead \&411 extend across the railway slip. The
railway \&411 be backfilled to create more uplands for future upland
development. A four slip pier and 18 parking places is proposed as wall.
