I have asked the pro' engineers (Herring & Sutton) to address your
questions since they relate to design issues. However, 1 did want to
partially address item 1. You say that Mr. Horan has determined that all
subject features are not shown on the plan. However, based on a site
determination by Steve Mitchell and another consultant (Appian), they
are all shown. I do not know if this was based on a review of soil and
USGS maps.or a site visit. I do understand your alignment question
north of Hunterbrook Lane, and have asked the surveyor to address this
mattipr. I also met Mr. Mitchell on-site on 3/26/02 to confirm that I
correctly understood where buffers were located. Please contact .Mr.
Mitchell if you need independent verification of this.
Please call me if you still believe that all subject features are not shown.
However, if your question is an alignment issue only, the surveyor will
address that separately.
