Thank you for your prompt response letter concerning the application for The Estate on Lake
Davidson.
In response to the two conditions in your letter dated April 20, 2004, Burke Builders agrees to
complete the "Certification of Completion Form" to notify that all the work included in the 401
Certification has been completed.
Burke Builders will also not allow the boat ramp to act as a stormwater conveyance from upland
areas to surface waters.
