YOU MUST BE IN POSSESSION OF THE PAYMENT RECEIPT FROM THE NC ECOSYSTEM
ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM PRIOR TO COMMENCING THE ACTIVITIES AUTHORIZED BY THE
