Dear Mr. Dorney:
In March 2003, Sear-Brown submitted a package to NCDENR-DWQ for approval and permitting of the
proposed crossing of a Neuse Stream. On March 21, 2003, you responded with a letter, addressing some issues
that need to be resolved prior to approval. A copy of your letter is attached for your reference.
Thank you for your attention to this project. Please consider the following information in response to your letter:
1. The buffer and stream impacts for Lot 1 will be added to the site plan and application. A driveway will
be built on Lot 1 and we will show its location on the site plan.
2. All stormwater outfalls will be added to the site plan.
3. The diffuse flow provision measures will be added to the site plan.
4. We have an appointment set up with Dave Penrose and Debbie Edwards on May 7, 2003 to determine if
mitigation will be required.
We will be submitting the additional information after our meeting with Dave and Debbie. Please consider this
