This is to inform you that the Town of Columbus will provide regular and proper
inspection and maintenance of the aerial sewer crossing at Horse Creek.
The Town's inspection and maintenance shall be provided to insure that the creek flow is
not impeded and that no damage will be caused to upstream or adjacent properties.
