Facility reported one daily and one monthly permit limit violations for BOD during September 2019. The facility is a 0.010 MGD wastewater treatment system that consist of septic tank, dosing tank, alternating dual surface sand filter, and in -ground effluent holding tank. Facility discharges into Withrow Creek which is Class C waters in the Yadkin Pee -Dee River Basin. At time of inspection facility appeared to be well maintained and operated. Treatment unit did not discharge during compliance inspection.
