Currently, this section of the RPW is very unstable due to erosion. It is our belief that the proposed work is will not require authorization from DWQ 401 Wetland Unit. A courtesy copy of this PCN has been provided directly to Mr. Chad Coburn in the Wilmington Field Office. The site is located north of Hwy 172 in the Stump Sound Township in Onslow County. The project is approximately f4.0 acres in size and is located in the White Oak River basin. The wetland delineation was reviewed and approved by Mr. Dave Bailey with the Corps of Engineers on November 19, 2009. A copy of the signed JD Survey has been provided as an Appendix to the enclosed PCN. The current request is for 412 If of impacts to a jurisdictional RPW (see the attached maps and PCN for details). Please feel free to call if you have questions or require additional information. Sincerely, Troy Beasley Environmental Scientist Attachments: NWP 41 PCN Cc.
