Re: Deer Water Farm Parcel - Notice of Conclusion of Public Comment Period
On March 24, 2010, the public comment period concluded for the Deer Water Farm BPDP. No
substantive comments were received during the public comment period. Please provide a draft
conservation easement for the above referenced parcel for our review. We will then inform you in writing
once it is approved by the State Attorney General's Office or if the office requests any changes.
As per the UMBI signed by the DWQ Director on October 2, 2009, the initial release (20%) of credits
would occur following approval of the BPDP, recording of the conservation easement and purchase of a
performance bond.
