-As you know,ahe Shurtape Stony Point Plant operates afield. lab related to the small package wastewater plant at the
facility. The lab recently had a pH meter:go bad and need:to use a. different meter as their backup pH-meter-:they_have
not yet used the new meter. It wasn't clear.to me whether`we have to submit the "certification amendment" form
outlining the equipment:change or not. I contacted Data Satterwhite and her email below says to just email our
inspector of the change. I believe that is still you, althoughYrn not 100%sure.
The meter that is being replaced was a Corning Model 313 S/N 470453.
The new meter is a HACH senslON1 S/N OC610669:

Hello Mr. Eplin,
Our Rule requires written amendment to Certification application whenever there is a change in major equipment. It
does not really specify this for back-up equipment, but the lab could just send a quick email (you do not have to fill out
the application form) to your assigned auditor for the record.

they need to -submit the Lab Certification Amendment form indicating this?
