Dear Ms. Smiths
This letter is in reply to the violation of effluent limitations
for April of 1992. We have repaired an air leak, changed running
time on the compressors and wasted 2500 gallons of sludge. T have
talked with Toriy Gragg, who is the lab director of Bio-Chem
Laboratories and also a sales representative from Drew Chemical
Company. We purchased a new flockin agent. The last two labs
reports that we have are 17.0 and 12.0 T.S.R. As of now we have
control of the T.S.R.
