Data submitted to our office concerning dosage rate, degradation, system volume, average daily discharge, toxicity of the active ingredient(s) and/or breakdown products, and minimum stream flow have been reviewed and evaluated. As the active ingredients of these products are not considered biocidal, approval from this office is not required for their use. Following current permitting practices, the use of the above mentioned boiler additives should be allowable at Shurtape Technologies, Inc. — Stoney Point Tape Plant.
