Comment: The facility currently has connected all discharges associated with this Permit to the on -site VWVTP (NPDES Permit No. NC0072664). The final non -contact cooling water wastestream was connected to the VWVfP on 7/26/07. These wastestreams are pretreated (via dechlorination, oil/water separation, etc.) prior to being discharged to the facility's WWfP. The facility staff will observe and evaluate the operation of the cooling system throughout the 2008 summer season prior to initiating a request to rescind the subject permit. Page # 3
