received on November 9, 1998.
After reviewing the supplemental worksheet, using the biocides Purobrom and Dow Antimicrobial CT
Tablets are acceptable for use at Shurtape,Technologies at the stated dosage rates, application levels and discharge
conditions.

The Aquatic Toxicology Unit has reviewed your Biocide Worksheet 101 supplement data which was
submitted on October 23, 1998.
After reviewing the supplemental worksheets, it was determined that the active ingredients of these
products are not considered biocidal. Therefore, use of the Suresperse 925L Cooling Water Treatment in
the cooling tower at the Stony Point Tape Plant is allowable. .
