If the system shows failure advise the owner that the
system must be replaced. The system must be designed

Mooresville Regional Office, Surface Water Protection at

waterbody.
2 The wastewater discharge flow from this facility may not in any case exceed 1,000 gallons per day.
3. A North Carolina certified laboratory must perform the wastewater analysis.
4. Instream chlorine levels are not to exceed 17 pg/L. The sample shall be taken from the effluent pipe, prior to discharge into a creek or other
waterbod .
