This letter is to address issues under the comment section of the Compliance Evaluation
Report. Ms. Donna Hood conducted this inspection on January 7, 2005.
1. Permit Renewal
We are in the process of submitting a Permit Renewal Package. This will be
submitted by February 1, 2005.
2. It was noted that a silver test for September 2004 report was not recorded. An
Amended report has been sent for this.
3. It was noted that there were two cracks in the back of one of the drying beds. The
P.S. West Construction Company will repair cracks very soon.
