Moretz is hereby authorized to discharge wastewater from a facility located at Moretz Residence off Lakeside Loop north of Hickory Alexander County to receiving waters designated as Isaac Creek in the Catawba River Basin in accordance with effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions set forth in Parts I, II, and III hereof. Moretz is hereby authorized to: 1. Continue to operate an existing wastewater treatment system consisting of an influent settling chamber, aeration chamber, final settling chamber and tablet disinfection located at Moretz Residence, off Lakeside Loop, north of Hickory, Alexander County (See Part III of this Permit), and 2. EFFLUENT LIMITATIONS AND MONITORING REQUIREMENTS FINAL Permit No. NCO050962 During the period beginning on the effective date of the permit and lasting until expiration, the Permittee is authorized to discharge from outfall(s) serial number 001. Such discharges shall be limited and monitored by the permittee as specified below: I Effluent Characteristic. The pH shall not be less than 6.0 standard units nor greater than 9.0 standard units. There shall be no discharge of floating solids or visible foam in other than trace amounts. l� Permit No. NCO050962 D. Engineering Alternatives Analysis Condition The permittee shall continually evaluate all wastewater disposal alternatives and pursue the most environmentally sound alternative of the reasonably cost effective alternatives. If the facility is in substantial non-compliance with the terms and conditions of the NPDES permit or governing rules, regulations or laws, the permittee shall submit a report in such form and detail as required by the Division evaluating these alternatives and a plan of action within sixty (60) days of notification by the Division.
