The facility is located at the end of Glove Mill Road. 6. GLOVE COMPANY Sludge Treatment Overview of Sludge Treatment Operations at Carolina Glove Company, Taylorsville, NC. All waste water is of a sanitary nature, no treatments or processes use water. Sewage from all buildings is piped to the treatment unit. The Muffin Monster breaks up the sludge. Tank one is the aerator. Tank. two is the clairifer, this requires scraping twice each week to remove buildup. Scum is returned to the aerator tank. Tank three is the chlorinator unit. Treated waste water is piped to the Lower Little River.
