Roads). and SR 1142 (Cemetery Loop Road) in the southwestern corner of Alexander County, travel southwest on SR 1142 approximately 0.4 mile and turn right onto a paved access road,.(Hughes Boulevard). Travel about 0.2 mile on Hughes Boulevard and bear right.onto a graveled road at the fork in road.. Travel about 0.2 mile on the graveled road and bear right at the fork.in' road. Describe re.ceiving stream features and pertinent downstream uses: The receiving waters downstream of this of facility have frequent human contact. The Moretz Residence (NC0050962), approximately 500 feet downstream, also discharges into the same cove. PART II.- DESCRIPTION OF DISCHARGE AND TREATMENT WORKS 1. The facility seldom discharges because the property owner spends only two to three weeks a year during summer time at this facility. No hazardous materials are used at this facility. No adverse impact on - water quality is expected. The discharge would not adversely affect air quality or groundwater. r 5. Other: N/A PART IV - EVALUATION AND RECOMMENDATIONS On -site inspection indicated that the subject facility has been properly maintained. No discharge was observed from this facility on the day of the inspection.
