Section D: Summary of Findings/Comments

PERMIT
1. Permit expires on March 31, 1993. A request for Permit renewal was
submitted prior to 180 day deadline.
FACILITY SITE REVIEW
1. The existing facility.consists of a 1,000 gallon capacity septic tank,
subsurface sand filter and tablet disinfection.
2. All facilities are underground with the exception of the chlorinator.
OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE
1. Chlorinator contained chlorine tablets.
2. Facility grounds appeared to be properly maintained.
3. No seepage or odor was detected.
4. The end of the discharge pipe was clogged with plant debris which
needs to be removed.
EFFLUENT/RECEIVING WATERS
1. No discharge was observed on the day of the inspection. The receiving
stream (Isaac Creek Cove) appeared normal on the day of the
inspection.,. -
SLUDGE DISPOSAL
1. Sludge is disposed by a septage hauler to municipal facilities.
