The Division -of Water Resources (DWR) records indicate that you are the current owner of
this SFR discharge system. It has been over 5 years since the last inspection at this residence and as
required by EPA the staff of the Mooresville Regional Office of DENR is required to conduct a
compliance evaluation of your system in order to verify that the system is operating properly.
We are requesting that you contact this office to schedule this inspection. Please contact me

On a another note, the spill that we had last week while I was on Vacation, has
everything been taken.care of on our end for you? I know that they did the press
release and they faxed the 5 day.to you. I told them that I could have done that when
I got back on BIMS. It seems like something always happens when I am out of town and
my wife fusses at me for being on my Blackberry. She threatened to throw it into the
ocean. Fine by me!

Was wondering if you could find out how much water this person was
using. They have a single family discharge that is not discharging.
Going somewhere! They.are in Alexander Co. but get Hickory water so
they say it is past Lakeside Marina in the woods, but there are hydrants
on the one lane road to the house.' 291 North Hughes Blvd. Name is
Robert Bollinger he said the account was in his name. He has lived
