This project will be the construction of a Business Park just east of Smithfield, NC. Specifically the plan consists of
jurisdictional and non-404 jurisdictional wetland fill for the purposes of a business park at the intersection of Hwy 70 and
Interstate 95.

SW quadrant of Hwy 70 and 1-95.
Please attach a map of the site location using USGS 1:24,000 topographic map and a copy of the latest bound
