Hello Joanne,
This email is in response to your letter dated November 18th 2009 on the above project. We have revised the
plans to satisfy Shellfish Sanitation. Their response is attached. Also I haven't been able to find the sample 401
deed notification for the remaining wetlands in your "Additional Information Request" Item #2. Has the website
been moved?
Thanks

SUBJECT: Adams Creek Marina
Revised Plan (Dated 1121110)
Dee Freeman
Secretary
We appreciate the opportunity to review the revised plan for the Adams Creek Marina project, dated
1/21/2010. The revisions proposed in the new plan address all of the concerns stated by the Shellfish
Sanitation and Recreational Water Quality Section during previous meetings and on previous permit
comments. To reiterate, if the revised plan is followed as presented, a change in classification can be
avoided as long as solid railings are added to all sides of the existing fishing pier in order to prevent
dockage, and if "No Docking" signs are included on the pier as well.
