The project site is located along the existing Little Sugar Creek Greenway
between East Boulevard and
East Morehead Street in Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, NC.The overall
project proposes to rehabilitate the Atrium CIVIC Main Campus, which
includes the construction of two (2) hospital buildings totaling 1.14 million
square feet with associated parking facilities. The proposed project also
includes onsite and offsite infrastructure improvements, healing pond and
gardens, and improvements to the existing LSC Greenway.
