Attn: Mrs. Heather Styron
Dear Mrs. Styron,
I am writing you on behalf of an existing major cama permit that I have. It is permit #
207-06 and it expires on December 31, 2009. It is a permit for dredging and
bulkhead/dock installation. The work has been completed but due to the location of my
property I feel I may have to continually dredge for maintenance reasons. My property is
located in Cape Point subdivision which is in Cape Carteret. I am adjacent to highway 24
and there is a culvert that runs under the road. As the tides flows out sediment is carried
toward my dock and deposited.
I am requesting a modification for a five year maintenance dredging permit. Please
review and let me know if I need to provide any other information.
Thank you,
Thank you,
Anthony Futral
