The final plans and specifications for the subject project have been
reviewed and found to be satisfactory. Authorization i:, hereby granted
for the construction of a 14,000 GPD wastewater treatment facility consisting
of an existing 6,000 GPD extended aeration package plant, a flow splitter
arrangement, a bar screen, an aerated sludge holding tank, an 8,000 gallon
aeration tank, a clarifier, dual blowers, a chlorine contact tank with
tablet chlorinator, a post aeration tank, a flow recording device and
associated valves, pipes and appurtenances to serve Stancil's Mobile Home
Park.
This Authorization to Construct is issued in accordance with Part III
paragraph C of NPDES Permit No. NCO022098 issued September 30, 1981, and
shall be subject to revocation unless the wastewater treatment facilities
are constructed in accordance with the conditions and limitations specified
in Permit No. NCO022098.
