Dear Mr. Stanch:
Tim final plans and specifications for the subject project have been reviewed
&ad found to be satisfactory. Authorization is hereby granted for the construction
of an S,aUO GPD wastewater treatment facility consisting of a flora splitter, dual
bar screens, dual aerated sludge holding tanks, dual 4,000 gallon aeration tank8,
dual clarifiers, dual blowers, dual chlorine contact tanks v'Ith tablet chlorinators,
dual post aeration tanks, a flaw recording device and associated valves, pipes,
and appurtenances to serve Stancil's Mobile Home Park.
This ire a Class II Wastewater 'Treatment Facility and the person in responsible
charge swat hold a valid Grade II Certificate.
This Authorization to Construct is issued in accordance with Part, III paragraph
C of NPDES Permit No. NCO022098 issued September 30, 1981, and shall be subject to
revocation unless the wastewater treatment facilities are constructed in accordance
with the conditions and limitations specified in Permit No. NC0022098.
