On March 25, 2010 the Division of Water Quality(DWQ)received your PCN for the above referenced
project. The DWQ has determined that your application was incomplete and/or provided inaccurate
information as discussed below.
Additional Information Requested:
® The 401 Certification for a modification to a project already issued cannot be processed until
five (5)complete sets of the application and associated maps are received at the DWQ Central
Office in Raleigh along with the appropriate fee. Please submit five (5)signed and dated
application sets along with the appropriate permitting fee of$240.00
Any large scale maps that are provided please include a copy of the site plans on CD. One(1)
data CD of full sized plans in TIFF Group 4 format(black and white, not grayscale or color).
If the plans are too large to store in TIFF formant,they can be stored in PDF.
You may also use FTP site and email them to bev.strickland( riccienr, ov Ms. Strickland can
be reached at(919) 733-1786 if you need further clarification.
Please submit this information within 30 calendar days of the date of this letter. This letter only addresses
the application review and does not authorize any impacts to wetlands, waters or protected buffers.
Please be aware that any impacts requested within your application are not authorized (at this time) by the
