It's one that I issued a while back from the Clark Group. It's only for an impact to a isolated wetland. They
initially sent it in to me (03-01 and more info on 03-12) and not to you guys so I asked them to send it up there.
The 03-01 said that it was a courtesy copy but I told them that it would need written concurrence. I issued v1 on
01/30/09 for 0.166 acres of 404 and 80 If of RPW. The 404 was issued on 04/27/09 for 0.15 acres of 404 only.
V2 is asking for 0.28 acres of IW so the total impacts come out to (0.15a + 0.28a = 0.43a) which requires written
concurrence. The newest info that I have from them (03-12) still indicates that it is a courtesy copy.
