THIS IS TO CERTIFY that on the above referenced project the grading has been completed,
temporary S&E measures have been removed, and permanent ground cover sufficient to
restrain erosion has been established as outlined on the approved S&E Plan and in accordance
with the Town of Apex S&E ordinance. No additional self -monitoring or self -inspections are
required. The project erosion control permit is hereby released.
Termination of coverage under the NPDES General Stormwater Permit for Construction
Activities should be requested by the permittee/owner via a Notice of Termination. Please

The owner of the site will be responsible for regular erosion control maintenance after this
release to the developer.
