Hello David;
Just a few pictures to bring all up to date with our progress and on our schedule to complete the work on lot 9.
As you can see we have completed our work on stabilizing all of the disturbed area outside of the pond area.
This was required by NC DEQ. Now we have to wait on the growth of grass before breaching the dam.
Hopefully this will happen by or before December 1. At that time we will drain the pond and plant the wetland
mix.
Our surveyor will be on site on Tuesday October 27 to do an as -built on the pond.
(The survey was ordered and planned two weeks ago but their firm was delayed by the Virus.)
As soon as the survey is complete we plan on Patrick Smith submitting the Report and doing the monitoring
work as required.
